Add butter at room temperature, knead the dough again so that it sticks well from your hands. Cover and place the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should double in size. Sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar and knead well again. The dough will become a little soft and stick to your hands, but try to knead it as best you can. Cover the dough and send it to a warm place for 30 minutes. Take it out, knead it well again with your hands and send it to a warm place for another 30 minutes. Place the dough on a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin, not thin! Extrude circles. In the middle of the donut, squeeze out a small circle, cover with a towel and let stand in a warm place until they slightly increase in volume. Heat the oil well and fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides. The main thing is to make sure that the donuts do not burn, as they cook very quickly!
