Skyscraper

Skyscraper is a very high, multi-storey building. The minimum height of a skyscraper building is controversial. In the USA and Europe, skyscrapers are considered to be buildings with a height of at least 150 meters. Skyscrapers above 300 meters are called super-high by the definition of the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Environments, and over 600 meters are called mega-high.

The tallest skyscraper is Burj Khalifa, which is over 800 meters high.

According to these criteria, a skyscraper means a structure designed to be used as a residential, office (commercial) or industrial building.
