when we are afraid of something, we try to do better. motivation also manifests itself when we receive a reward for the work done. people are different, so not everyone could overcome their fear, even if they receive something in return for it. fear can overcome a person. sometimes we worry about how we did the job, and whether we will be admitted, a raise, a salary, a prize. so I cannot decide exactly as people are different.
