I often notice that I started to be late a lot. For example, for school or for an appointment, I can easily be an hour late. My parents are very worried about this.

..I think the reason I am late is because I don't get enough sleep at night. We are given a lot of homework and I just don't have time to do it on time! ..I have to stay up until three in the morning to finally finish the history homework or the math homework.

At the next day I go sleepy and tired. I haven't slept well for over a week . ..my productivity has clearly declined and I have become less organized, I have become often late.
