1.A way of living that LOWERS THE RISK of being seriously ill or  dying early. Good health is not just the absence of disease or illness, it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.  This means eating a balanced diet, getting regular exercise, avoiding tobacco and drugs and getting plenty of rest.

2. It can be hard to find the time and energy to exercise regularly or prepare healthy meals. However, your efforts will pay off in many ways, and for the rest of your life.

Steps you can take:

Be physically active for 30 minutes most days of the week.

Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Drink in moderation if you drink alcohol

Brush your teeth after meals with a soft or medium bristled toothbrush.

3. The healthy diet: emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products

Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts

Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars

Stays within your daily calorie needs

4. What about me I am going to do a lot of exercises every day, drink water,  eat a well-balanced food and love my body. I hope it will help me to stay healthy and active in 20 years!
