Question

I've been/I was very busy this month, so I didn't see/haven't seen any of my friends for about three weeks. I had/have had a lot of homework last weekend, so I haven't gone out/didn't go out with my friends then, and the week before that, I have gone/went to work for my dad after school – I wanted to earn some extra money. But it's Thursday now, and I've already finished/I have finished already this week's homework. I just have phoned/'ve just phoned my friend Raymond. He hasn't made any plans yet/hasn't made yet any plans for Saturday, so we're going to meet up then.
