Потому что нужно уметь излагать мысли и уметь формулировать мысли, а иначе текст будет не связанный и по смыслу не подходить.

Если ты будешь много читать ты можешь хорошо излагать свою речь, а если ты не читаешь книги и не читал то ты плохо будешь писать сочинения т.е у тебя не будет словарного запаса. Если ты хочешь чтоб у тебя был хороший словарный запас тебе нужно больше читать. Читайте книги.
