Кыргызстан расположен на материке Евразия, в части света Азия, в Средней Азии.Страна расположена севернее экватора, восточнее от 0 меридиана, севернее Северного тропика, южнее Северного полярного круга.Граничит с такими государствами как Казахстан, Китай, Таджикистан, Узбекистан.Страна не имеет выхода в Мировой океан.

Благоприятные черты Кыргызстана:

-граничит с Россией и Китаем

-много полезных ископаемых

-много рек и озёр.

Неблагоприятные черты Кыргызстана:

-нет выхода к морям и океанам

-рельеф в основном горный

-климат резко континентальный

-много пустынь.
