All my life I got great pleasure from physical education and loved to play outdoor games. Basketball is a wonderful sport that develops a person's quick reaction, agility and coordination of movements. And endurance, ability to concentrate and muscle flexibility are much better.
The game captured me literally right away. After the competition, I never feel very tired, and injuries to me and my friends are very rare. I am also grateful to basketball for teaching me how to play in a team. As much as I would like to be a striker, but if my physical characteristics allow me to be a good defender, then I will be her, because this is better for everyone.
Playing basketball gives me the joy of my own achievements. At first I was not very good at throwing the ball, but now, as a teenager, I easily beat adults in beach games in the summer. And I really like to hear compliments from them, how wonderful I play basketball.
