I think the biggest help is the funds, the organization of shelters and joint assistance. Giving money to the homeless is good if they didn't choose it as a way out to not work. But it is impossible to force people to give money to those who ask on the streets, everything should be at their own request. People can help with things, food, and anything else they can share through special organizations. As far as I know, most rich people participate in charity and it's very nice of them. I would prefer to set up a charity to protect stray animals, to provide them with food, shelter and find new owners. I believe that charity will always be needed, because the world is full of problems and misfortunes.
