Baiterek Monument
The Baiterek Monument in Astana is a unique structure in the capital of Kazakhstan, created on the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. It is a popular tourist spot because of its breathtaking panoramas of the city. The futuristic tower is on the left bank of the Ishim River.
Nurzhol Boulevard
"Nurzhol" means "Road of Light," and the popular "Water-Green" refers to the abundance of blue-green fountains and glass buildings.
Most of the boulevard "Nurzhol" looks like a three-tiered structure. On the bottom floor there are parking spaces for cars, on the middle floor - an area for stores, restaurants, offices and other institutions, and on top there are pedestrian paths for walking.
