Можно литературный перевод на английский, пожалуйста.. Когда я путешествовала в Москву, со мной произошел грустный случай. По дороге в аэропорт у меня крали билет на самолет. Я обратилась к представителю авиакомпании, с просьбой восстановить билет. это не доставило много проблем, но  я сильно переживала, потому что не знала точно восстановят мне билет или нет. К счастью, все прошло хорошо и через 2 часа я уже была дома.

I asked the administration airline ticket request to recover. it was too much trouble, but I was very worried because I do not know exactly restore me a ticket or not. Fortunately, everything went well and after 2 hours I was at home.
