Ответ: On the picture I can see a character from “Monsters Inc”, whose name is Sally. He has blue and purple wool, long claws on paws and horns! He is a little lazy, but he is kind to his friend Mike and Boo. In the cartoon he is a worker of Monsters Inc, their main task is scare children to make them cry and get  energy from their screams. In my opinion he is important figure in this cartoon and he suggested to make children laugh, what was good for both of  worlds
