There is a wide range of quite popular traditional Russian dishes such as pel’meni, bliny, vareniki, borsh. Also it consists of drinks: kompot and kvas.

I can say about the Kazakh dishes: beshbarmak, baursak, kozhe, shubat and so on. Also there is Italian cousin with popular dishes as pasta, pizza, niokki, raviolli.

We have a wonderful family recipe: apple pie. My mother cooks it every Sunday for breakfast. We love to eat it warm, especially in the autumn.
