Advantages: 
1.It is easy and cheap way to get the place. 

Disadvantages: 
1.Some people who use public transport are very rude. They can shove you or step on your foot. Some of them can also say something unpleasant to you. 
2.It is very crowded in the public transport sometimes. So you feel very uncomfortable. 
3.On summer it is very stuffy in the public transport. You can faint away! 
4.Thefts in public transport happen very often.
