I am going to tell about my hometown which is Horishni Plavni in Ukraine. It is a small town but it has a very interesting history. It used to be called  Komsomolsk but this name has been changed into Horishni Plavni. The town was founded in 1960.

I decided to write about my hometown because I would like a lot of people to know about it and its incredible beauty. I want people to come and see it first-hand.

Horishni Plavni is a clean, green and picturesque town with a park and lots of garden squares. There are libraries, stadiums, restaurants and cafes, interesting sculptures and many other places which I like to attend with my family. My hometown has lots of green spaces. You can even see blooming sakura trees here.

Horishni Plavni is an amazing town — my admiration for its beauty keeps growing every day. I am glad that I was born here.
