Ведь Земля делает один оборот вокруг своей оси за 24 часа, значит, за 1 час она поворачивается на 15°. Таким образом, время в каждом поясе отличается от соседних на 1 час. Вращается Земля с запада на восток, поэтому к востоку от любого пояса время суток будет на 1 час больше, к западу — на 1 час меньше.
