8. Intelligence is important in order to demonstrate your knowledge about the island. In my opinion, Irresponsibility does not help when you are a caretaker of the island, this is not a useful skill along with impatience. I believe, Flexibility helps a person to make sure they can adjust to different kinds of situations while completing their job. Enthusiasm is essential for completing the job, along with diligence (усердие) which can truly show how much you care about the job you are completing. Leadership skills are important when working in a team and interpersonal skills are needed when communicating with others.

In my opinion, the most important skills required to be a caretaker of the island include: leadership skills and enthusiasm.

9. I would like to develop interpersonal skills which will help me when making new friends as well as when working in a professional environment in the future.

I do not want to have impatience and irresponsibility as these skills will prevent me from achieving my goals.

I believe that leadership skills and diligence are key to success.
