Task 1: Healthy food is the thing that we should eat every day. Such as: fruits, vegetables, steamed meat, milk products, These products are good for our health. Let’s give up eating junk food!

Unhealthy food is the thing that people often cook and don’t want to give up eating it and that’s bad. For example fast food. It tastes good but contains a lot of fat and oil. Fast food always look appealing and delicious, but it’s absolutely bad for our organism.
