Последним домом Лермонтова в Спб стал дом на Садовой 61. Этот дом был для поэта судьбоопределяющим .
В этом доме он был арестован за стихи "Смерти поэта". Отсюда же он отправился в свою первую ссылку на Кавказ. Живя здесь он познал славу великого поэта.
 Сейчас дом находится в ужасном состоянии и нуждается в реставрации.
