Вот что у меня получилось.

Разнообразие норм в русском языке нужно для того, чтобы мы правильно понимали друг друга. Чтобы не просто говорили слова, но понимали, о чем мы говорим и верно строили предложения, верно делали ударения, соблюдали правила русского языка.

Мы не можем обойтись без них. Потому что без них мы не поймем друг друга и русский язык перестанет быть русским.
