1)Ганнибал совершил переход через Альпы по нескольким причинам:

-Морской путь был самым коротким и простым,но и самым предсказуемым,римляне были готовы к отражению нападения ,они укрепили оборону.

-Римляне имели более мощный флот,чем Карфаген и господство римлян на море было очевидным.Ганнибал не пошёл на очевидное поражение на море,выбрав "тернистый" путь.

2)Ганнибал рассчитывал на эффект неожиданности,римляне не брали в расчёт,что войско Ганнибала сможет перейти через Альпы,что не перенесёт слишком много трудностей и потери будут очень велики.Но Ганнибал заручился поддержкой испанцев,галлийцев,кельтов,ненавидящих Рим,которые оказали ему помощь и пополнили войско.Обрушившись на Рим,как "снег на голову" с Альп,Ганнибал одержал победу,как великий полководец и блестящий стратег.
