окна. В доме четыре спальни и четыре ванны на втором этаже. Кухня
большая. Она расположенная на первом этаже. На кухне огромная плита
,холодильник, стол, стулья. Перед виллой красивый маленький сад.

Видимо, это задание на оборот there is/ there are. Я предлагаю такой вариант

There is a beautiful villa in front of us. There are 8 rooms in it. There is a living room on the first floor.  It is very big. There is a fireplace in it and there are six armchairs in it.  The living room is blue. There are beautiful pictures on the walls. There are wide windows in the rooms. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms on the second floor.  The kitchen is big.  It is situated on the first floor.  There is a huge cooker, a fridge, a table and there are chairs in the kitchen. There is a nice little garden in front of the villa.
