Противоположное число  1\dfrac{1}{18}  будет  -1\dfrac{1}{18}.

\Big(1,05+\Big(-1\dfrac{1}{20}\Big)\Big)+\Big(-1\dfrac1{18}\Big) = (1,05 + (-1,05)) + \Big(-1\dfrac1{18}\Big) = 0 + \Big(-1\dfrac1{18}\Big) ==-1\dfrac1{18} = -\dfrac{19}{18}
