Пошаговое объяснение:

вычитать будем при объединении. при вычитании вычеркиваем допустим что человек с навыком языка это .

рисуем такую схему:

а. ....................(20)

ф. ...............(15)

и. ..........(11)

11-5-3-2=1 говорят только по испански

15-7=8(с теми кто говорит на испанском, и теми кто говорит на всех языках уже объединили)

теперь

40-(1+8+20)=11 человек не говорят н и на одном из представленных языках
