Yesterday I GOT UP early, at about seven o'clock. I BOUGHT some fruit and coffee for breakfast. Then I WENT

to the gym. I SWAM 500 meters in a pool. Then I RAN 5 kilometers on the treadmill. At lunchtime I MET my friends in a canteen. We ATE some salad and meat. After lunch we DRANK green tea. When I got home I SLEPT for a few hours, I was tired!
