The choice of music as a model of philosophical understanding is due to several reasons. First, its nature lacks the element of static and "fixity" that is inherent in other types of art, even if we take the most mobile, philosophically filled forms of it, for example, the poetic word. Secondly, music is the only art form for which the Tyutchev image of the "silence of knowledge" is filled with a real and surprisingly deep meaning. Music is true silence, if the starting point is the culturally philosophical non-utterance of the musical "word" in culture. The real abstraction inherent in musical language (even if we consider seemingly "verbal" acts of musical creativity) makes it an ideal model of philosophical comprehension, not obscured by the original intentions of speech-text, speech-voice. Interest in spiritual culture in the Humanities is one of the "eternal" topics that researchers will address as long as the fact of spiritual culture itself exists. As a result of changes in the social context of being, "high music" has lost its socially significant status in Russia to a certain extent, due to the fact that the new generation is not ready for the perception of musical philosophy, but requires simplified musical structures. The sociological problem of the demand for real art becomes one of the fundamental ones.
