I do sports three times a week for at least two years. I do not play team sports, but I like doing exercises in a gym. When I was a child, I did football, but I didn't like it because I prefer doing sports on my own.  

In the future I would like to keep doing sports in the gym, I would also like to try yoga. I think I would be good at it because I can control and balance my body well.

To be honest, I do not like to watch sports on TV, because I do not participate in them actively.
