ОДЗ уравнения: подкоренное выражение неотрицательно.

x\geq 0

Представим левую часть уравнения в следующем виде:

(\sqrt{x})^2+\sqrt{x}-13=0

И решим его как квадратное уравнение относительно \sqrt{x}.

D=1^2-4\cdot 1\cdot (-13)=53

\sqrt{x}=\dfrac{-1+\sqrt{53}}{2}~~~\Rightarrow~~~ \boxed{x=\dfrac{27-\sqrt{53}}{2}}

\sqrt{x}=\dfrac{-1-\sqrt{53}}{2} это уравнение решений не имеет, поскольку правая часть - отрицательное число.

Ответ: \dfrac{27-\sqrt{53}}{2}
