Горит ли ВОДА? Почему или как?
(Я в том плане что должна ведь H - горючие вещество 02 - окислитель
но она не горит)

Нет, не горит. Н2 - горючее вещество, здесь у водорода степень окисления 0, а в воде +1, в воде водороду уже нечего отдавать, свой электрон он уже отдал. Аналогично О2 - окислитель, когда он в степени окисления 0, а в воде у него степень окисления -2, свое он уже получил, больше ему электронов уже не надо
