In May, I went to Manchester because my friend had a wedding party. I spoke to my friend about the journey and she gave me the directions. She said the I can travel either by train or by bus. I chose to went train because I knew that it is quicker and more comfortable, even though I pay more money. I bought a return ticket and I took a train from the Stoke station. I spent about an hour on the train but it was a nice journey. I sat by the window and read an interesting book. The conductor was very kind and told me when it is time to get off. The train came on time and I got to Manchester four hours before wedding. I went shopping and found a lovely present for my friend. I thought it was a very nice day.
