We are asked to use correct form of the present continous. Present continuous is about what we are doing right now.

The form = Subject + am/is/are + Ving + Object (Positive)

Subject + am/is/are + not + Ving+ Object (Negative)

Am/Is/Are + Subject + Ving + Object ( Question)

Examples;

I am playing football.

He is not running.

Is she singing a song?

Are you talking to me?

We are swimming in a swimming pool.
