vikavika33333: можете написать объяснение?(почему именно is или are)
AFox19: If the noun is singular we use " is ". For example " a duck" on the 8th question. There is only one duck. So it is singular. This is why we use " is ".

If the noun is plural we use " are". For example " five boys" on the 10th question. There are more than one boy. So it is plural. This is why we use " are". Some and money refers to plural too. This is why we use "are" with them.
AFox19: I hope you can understand what I mean. I can't write in Russian because I don't know well enough to explain this.
vikavika33333: спасибо,все поняла
