The children has not been lying in the sun. - неверно (глагол has используется, только если подлежащее - сущ. в ед. числе или местоимение 3-го лица, ед. ч. )

I has not been sleeping in the last lesson. - неверно (после I только have)

I have not been sleeping in the last lesson. - ВЕРНО

3.

Mary has not been dance the whole evening. - неверно (Present Perfect Continuous: have/has + been + Ving (participle I)

Mary has not been dancing the whole evening. - ВЕРНО
