Почему так стыдно и перед людьми, и перед собой?
Подскажите, верно ли здесь стоит запятая, и еще, часть "и перед людьми, и перед собой" - это однородные дополнения или обстоятельства?

В первом предложении запятая стоит правильно, потому что после союза и идёт ещё один союз и.  Во втором предложении это однородные дополнения. потому что отвечают на падежный вопрос (перед) кем? (творительный  падеж).

Двойной союз И, поэтому запятая нужна. Стыдно перед кем? и перед людьми, и перед собой - однородные дополнения.
