Pancakes :)

Ingredients:

2 eggs

pinch of salt

sugar

2 cups of flour

2 cups of milk

baking powder

oil

Instruction:

1) Whisk eggs with sugar and salt.

2) Add milk and whisk it well again.

3) Sieve flour, add baking powder.

4) Gradually add flour to the wet ingredients, mix until smooth.

5) Pour some oil into the mixture. Mix it well.

6) Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes. Prepare your frying pan.

7) Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture onto the frying pan. Brown on both sides and serve hot with sour cream or condensed milk or with everything you like.
