This summer I went to camp Artek in Crimea. It was the second time I spent my summer holiday with my friends and my English teacher Mary and a teacher from America John Jackson. This was the most exiting and happy time of my holidays. We had lots of activities every day. There wasn`t any time to be bored. In the morning I went jogging with Marty along the coast and then swam in the sea. After that we sang our traditional camp song and made pledge to the camp Success. Then we had lessons, sports activities or arts and crafts. We enjoyed singing a lot. We sang popular English songs - Perfect day, Happy, Sailing, Living next door to Alice and others everywhere: in the parks, in the train, some of us even in the shower. Everyone enjoyed playing baseball and hockey. Also we played board games: UNO, PHACE TEN, BANKER and MONOPOLY. At the end of the camp we participated in KANGAROO GAME. Also we had contests in darts and bowling. Every time after the summer camp I felt that I improved my English, learnt new things and got to know with new people, made new friends.
At the end of the camp all children were awarded with certificates and special prizes. I was nominated as the best runner of summer camp. I was so happy! Summer camp Artek is really successful. Welcome to join as next year!
