Образование First Conditional включает в себя настоящее и будущее время. После if ставится Present, а в части следствия — Future. 

Суть использования условных предложений первого типа — сообщить о вероятном ходе событий, однако оставляя неуверенность в том, что ситуация обязательно произойдет.
