Разумеется виновником холодной войны являются США. Америке не нужен был сильный Советский Союз, Она пыталась с помощью Гитлера разрушить СССР, не удалось. Америка не могла терпеть Социалистическую Кубу под боком. И весь социалистический лагерь для неё как кость в горле был. Отсюда и холодная война. Пока существуют капитализм и социализм между ними будет и борьба. Это две разные формации. Капитализм - умирающая, социализм - движение общества вперед. Капитализм всеми фибрами души цепляется за последнюю соломинку, чтобы удержаться, И подобен зверю. Но новое всегда побеждает, если за него бороться. Отсюда и вывод.
