На самом деле тема переводиться как: "Интернет- самая пустая трата времени"
Well, some people actually think that Internet is a great problem of society and *internet-surfing* is a waste of time. So is this judjemnt true, or why not?
It is absolutely right that time of millions of people go on waste becase of the Internet. But actually the Internet was created not for Instagram and Youtube, first of all it was huge book-resource for study! Nowadays many people do not use internet for this, not more then half of users.
But Internet by itself not time-waste at all. Of course, it is a fact that users usually do not find some important information in Global-Set, but Internet is a very good way to learn something new about over the world - from languages and culture to math-science.
So, I think, that internet is one of the best alternative ways to study and make your own exploration.
