You should eat nonfat food and drink a lot of water .You may eat fruits and vegetables , because  they are reach of vitamines. If you want to be fit , you shou eat junk food , for example eat hamburgers or fries or maffines ... It's also very important to do a lot of ecersise .Anyway you are very beautiful and fit , at first you should start to love yourself !
