2. To help parents and seniors, I can: sweep and wash the floors,clean up  a bed,  wash the dishes, prepare meals, go to the store, carry heavy bags, help cross the road and whatnot.

3. I am in a good mood and I have a feeling of confidence that I have made life easier for someone with my help.

4. Doing something good every day, helping the needy, we make our world a little bit better, kinder and happier.
