Диагональ со стороной параллелограмма  образует прямоугольный треугольник, в  котором есть угол 30°. Пусть катет Δ=х (это меньшая сторона параллелограмма), тогда гипотенуза Δ=2х (лежит против угла в 30° и это большая сторона параллелограмма). Р=2*(х+2х)=36.   6х=36. х=6 см меньшая сторона, 2*6=12 см  -большая сторона.
