his adventures began.

one day, he met a young man. after a shipwreck, Robinson found himself alone on a desert island. he did not see any people for 15 years. Robinson Crusoe, a  young Englishman, ran away from home. Crusoe saved the captain of the ship and returned with him to England. Crusoe named him Friday, because he found him on that day of the week. a boat with pirates came to the island. he built himself a house, learned how to fish and to grow plants. for several years the two lived happily.
