1. I am sure that it’s very important for people to be healthy, so I always think about my health.
2. In my opinion, if you’re healthy and if you feel well, you have a good mood, which means that you are happy, and there’s nothing you can’t do, of course.

3. We should always wash fruits and vegetables before eating them, because they can be dirty. And the dirty fruits aren’t so good for us than the clean ones.

4. Of course, I think that it’s necessary to follow hygiene rules, because ignoring them can cause different illnesses and other unpleasant things.

5. I would recommend my classmates to walk more, sleep enough, go in for sports, not to smoke or drink alcohol and eat healthy food. To me, these are the most important things that could help you to be healthier and stronger.
