Everybody knows that good health is a great blessing. A well known proverb says «A sound mind in a sound-body". That is why all sorts of physical exercises are very helpful for everybody. If you want to be always healthy, strong and look beautiful you should go in for sport. Sport makes people more organized and better disciplined. That's why I thinik thal sport is very important in our life. The most important events in sport are the Olympic Games.
