Не уверена если правельно поняла задачу ну вот как я поняла:
1. How many hours will it take for you( или me) to get there?
2. Why are you (или me) not going to the cinema tonight?
3. When are we going to have our examination? / What do we have at the end of June?
4. Who's health is still poor?
5. Why can't he write to me( или you) now?
6.  How many hours a day do you plan to spend on your (или my) English before the exam? / What do you (или I) intend to spend three to four hours on before the exam? / Before what do you plan to spend three to four hours on your English?
