Файлы.odt (OpenDocument Text) – это текстовые файлы формата OpenDocument, созданные в программах типа StarOffice или OpenOffice.

Формат.doc или .DOC — расширение имени файла, используемое для файлов, представляющих текст, с разметкой или без

Формат txt-это обычный текстовый файл, его открывают любые программы, работающие с текстом, например блокнот, notepad, word... *.txt это обычный текстовый документ. ... а вообще формат блокнота.
