Sport is getting more and more popular nowadays. Many people do sport. It plays the biggest role in our life because one is very important for healthy and it helps us to keep fit.
It's really nessesary to do sport. It cures depression and makes life longer. It allows people to keep fit and feel young despite the age.
As for me, my favourite kinds of sport are gymnastic and swimming. But I prefer gymnastic more, because this kind of sport easier and very exciting.
In addition it's worth mentioning that the most important thing is to find your kind of sport. It is a good trend, because it makes people healthier and happier. I believe that it is sports that can help people develop. People should lead a healthy lifestyle.
