Boil the broth. Chop cabbage, put in a pot with broth and cook for 2-3 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut. Add to the pot with the broth. Chop the carrots and beetroot julienne, onion - diced. All fry in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste or chopped tomatoes. When the potatoes are almost ready, put in soup, fried vegetables. 2 minutes before readiness add the greens.
